The Joys of Mobility, Part 1

Peter has entered a new phase of living - mobility. Not only can he now crawl, but he can also draw himself up to standing. He is very clever, mischievous, and gets into everything.

Here he can be seen raiding the trash for a Kohl's coupon. Apparently he wants to go shopping...
Then fell on his little bum...
But realized Mommy was taking pictures so he decided it wasn't so bad...
Later he discovered that the dining room chairs make a great little fort

But he got bored...
And with ease...
...flopped right out

Applesauce, and guacamole, and lemons... oh my!

Last Sunday, Peter was introduced to fruit for the first time. He loves his vegetables and had been eating carrots, green beans, squash, sweet potatoes, and peas for two weeks, so it was time to start on applesauce! Surprisingly, he didn't really seem to like it at first...





We were having lunch at a Mexican restaurant and he was bored after finishing his applesauce so he tried some guacamole...

He loved it!!

Next he tried the lemon from Mommy's water...

Seven month photos

Peter turned 7 months on April 28. It's hard to believe he is over half a year old now!

We return! To pick wildflowers...

We are back... after having gone through the entire month of March and most of April without any pictures of little Peter. I finally discovered that there actually is software on this computer that will re-size pictures (and my computer is still not hooked up). We promise to catch up on some older pictures (such as Peter's 5 and 6 month pics) and be more faithful about posting new ones. These were taken yesterday!
